Seen while running Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; en-US; rv:1.9.2) Gecko/20100115 Firefox/3.6
STR:
1. Install Blank Canvas Addon in Firefox 3.6 Mac.
2. Received the following error in console as well as the attached screenshot
