This is a tracking bug to handle the merge of testPopupBlock.js and testPopupAllowed.js due to the merging of the respective Smoketests in Litmus. https://litmus.mozilla.org/show_test.cgi?id=9951 https://litmus.mozilla.org/show_test.cgi?id=10355 Note, this change only affects 3.7-branch.

Mass move of Mozmill Test related project bugs to newly created components. You can filter out those emails by using "Mozmill-Tests-to-MozillaQA" as criteria.

We should do that change because it's easy enough to combine and we will have one more test covered nearly for free. It would have to be checked into default, aurora, and mozilla2.0.

This is an old bug which can be addressed with refactoring once Mozmill 2 is ready -- resolving WONTFIX
