For page http://opentochoice.org/cs/2010/03/pridejte-si-banner-do-sveho-blogu/ I'm trying to add atribute "lang='html'" for tag <code>. But after save are atributes automaticaly deleted by WordPress.

We had familiar problem on our local website but we fixed it via plugin WP Unformatted (http://alexking.org/projects/wordpress).
I edited the page and added the attribute for you.  

I think your problem was related to permissions.  I've added "Unfiltered HTML" to the localizer role (the only one that didn't have it).   I think that should fix the issue.
