1) Visit http://ispdb.mozillamessaging.com/add/ 2) See fields "Confirmations" and "Problems". I don't know what these fields mean. I see two options: * fields are irelevant for this form * fields are relevant for this form and should have documentation
These fields shouldn't be there. This has been fixed in https://github.com/mozilla/ispdb/pull/5.
