I've only notice this in Firefox 3.6
An input or textarea will display, if the font-family is set to Lucida Sans, in bold. You can go to any site and change, using firebug, the font-family on the inputs and the text will bold. Doesn't appear to always be the case on textarea.
Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Firebug an input field.
2. Change or add Font-family to use "Lucida Sans"
Expected Results:
Displayed it at normal font weight.

You can also try to reproduce in Firefox 4 Beta 8 or later, there are many improvements in the new version, http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-beta.html
