Steps to Reproduce:
1.install 3.6
2.try to open any url
3.
Actual Results:  
htm and html extensions are not recogized because they have been removed from the file extension list in "folder options"

Expected Results:  
window opens which says software does not know how to open file

not remove the rfecognized extentions .htm and .html
