In the near future I will lose my access to my novell.com email address and I would like to change it to kkemenczy@gmail.com (SVN, LDAP).

I cannot commit to the svn at this time.
I think I should use the kkemenczy%40gmail.com user name, am I right?

Why the username is the same in bugzilla as before (kkemenczy@novell.com) ?

For SVN you should use 'kkemenczy@gmail.com' for the username. For example:

svn+ssh://'kkemenczy@gmail.com'@svn.mozilla.org/projects/

You can change your bugzilla email in Preferences.

I have tested with through https:// and I could commit and I could change my email address as well.
