resizing window cuts off the 'about me' section on edit user profile page
STR:
1. log into AMO preview
2. go to https://preview.addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/users/edit
3. resize your window (make it smaller)
4. scroll down to the 'about me' section
Actual result:
the 'about me' section is cut-off
Expected result:
the 'about me' section should not be cut off on resizing the window

this is already fixed in zamboni on my users branch. I'll leave it open until it lands though
