Requesting svn commit access for Drumbeat. This is Mike Haggerty from Trellon.

Mike is the acting module owner for drumbeat.org, which leads to a chicken-and-egg problem with vouching :-) I vouch for him (for level 2, which is what he'd need), because if anyone who currently has commit access owns this codebase, it's me. But if that's not good enough, I can find someone else.

It's in the right component, it just hasn't gone through the right steps of the magical secret process yet! :/

This looks ready to me, moving over to server-ops for a new LDAP account with svn_mozilla bit and authz for /projects/crm.

(The process isn't that secret or magical. Reed, Marcia or I handle the information gathering process for the "Account Request" components, and then re-assign to IT once that's done. This one may have been delayed a bit because it's slightly unusual.)
