According to a livechat user, www.cignamedicareaccess.com is not detecting Firefox 3.6 correctly. All you get is https://www.cignamedicareaccess.com/tzg/atp/login/pages/browser/notCompat.jsp
They're doing a BUNCH of stupid sniffing, and it appears the cherry on top is Yet Another Y2K10 bug. https://www.cignamedicareaccess.com/tzg/atp/login/lib/browser/compat.js That sniffer hasn't been updated in seven years.
The 2010 bug is why Firefox 3.6 is failing, AFAICT. Glancing at the sniffer, it looks like the word "Firefox" must be present *and* the Gecko mod date must be 2009 or earlier, so non-Firefox Gecko browsers are likely to be broken regardless of build date.
Anyway, I sent the webmaster a reminder email to update the script.
The server doesn't exist anymore. Calling this wfm.
