Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new message.
2. Drag'n'drop a message from a messages list

Actual Results:  
Messages are attached as HTML.

Expected Results:  
Messages are attached as message/rfc822

I think this at least should be an option.

As it's already a custom, M$ Outl00k makes it this way.
