Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Do a IRC / Join channel "refresh" (or fresh list) on a network
2. Disconnect your internet connection while this is executed
3. Reconnect to the network
4. Redo the IRC / Join channel "refresh"

What happens?

The IRC / Join channel pop-up shows "Fetched 0 channel..." indefinitely, no refresh or fetching is done.

Closing ChatZilla or even the platform (SeaMonkey) doesn't unlock the "list.txt" file which was created with a size of 0. (The SeaMonkey process is still active even after properly closing it, you have to kill it)
