I have update from yesterday to today nightly build and when I start TB 3.1b2pre I have an alert that tell me that msvcp80.dll isn't here and TB can't start.
Someone as the same issue?
I revert to build

and all is fine.

I've backed out bug 538753 which appears to be the issue, new Windows nightlies for 3.1 are now underway.
