User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.2) Gecko/20100115 Firefox/3.6 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729)
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.2) Gecko/20100115 Firefox/3.6 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729)

When viewing a page that is longer than one page (i.e. Facebook), my arrow keys don't operate like a scroll anymore. Instead, they go down one line of text at a time, if at all. Page up, page down, home and end do nothing anymore. This all started after I updated to the newest version this week. It is quite annoying and I will just use IE until it is fixed. I am using a laptop (Dell Studio) without a mouse.

Reproducible: Always
