This is the tracking bug for the new EOL page for 3.0.x users. Firefox 3.0.19 to be released on March 30 is the last 3.0.x version and we are going to say it clearly to end-users on the Whatsnew page by asking them to upgrade to Firefox 3.6. For a few locales we will put also put a survey page asking people that do not want to upgrade to tell us why, this will dealt with in a separate tracking bug. Per locale bugs will be filed for this task.

@francesco, the page is currently redirected (htaccess redirect) because of the release of 3.0.19beta, once 3.0.19beta is released tomorrow, we should be able to remove the htaccess rule so as that localizers can see their page (in the meantime, I can create screenshots from my local copy of mozilla.com that doesn't have this redirect).
