When following Ogg links in OS X 10.6.2, Firefox does not know how to play them and only downloads them.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find link to an Ogg Theora file
2. Click
Actual Results:
Asks if the file should be saved.
Expected Results:
The video should play either inline or launch a helper application to play.
Ogg Vorbis plays fine.

The data is returned as text/plain MIME-type, which is wrong. Firefox doesn't know what to do with them, it doesn't use the file-extension (.ogm would have been wrong anyway).

replacing FIXED by INVALID, to avoid messing up the stats
