we tend to link and unlink cases to and from any number of different plans over time.  we've discovered to our dismay that once a case is unlinked from a given plan, all run history for that case associated with that plan is lost, apparently forever.  this is unfortunate, because we really like our history here.  

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create case N and link against plans P and Q
2. do a run of both plans P and Q, resulting in case_run X for P, and Y for Q
3. unlink case N from plan P

Actual Results:  
case_run X is lost

Expected Results:  
case_run X is retained, somehow
