Bespin's current theme has light text on dark background. Many people prefer it the other way, so we need to develop another standard theme that features a light background with dark text.

As with changeset b80c7c2552d7, the white theme moved over to the supporte/ plugins directory. The white theme plugin is not awesome (I'm not an designer...) but it works -> close this bug.
