Dan was using just one tab and clicking links/typing in a new url doesn't cause the tab to be uploaded. That's because we only listen for TabOpen, TabClose and TabSelect.

http://hg.mozilla.org/labs/weave/rev/156d76a9a8c6 Trace pageshow events to indicate that new tab data should be uploaded. Because scores must be integers, still increment the score by 1, but only do that 10% of the time for pageshows.
