Add icons for the ratings widget - for deactive, active, and hover states of a star.

The .zip attached has three images; an orange star, a grey star, and a grey circle.  

Orange stars denote which stars the add-on has “won,” while grey stars denote stars not won.  These are community-rated, and have no mouseover behavior.

Circles are placeholders for where stars will be once an add-on is rated by the user.  Dots appear as stars on mouseover, and stick if the user clicks.  Rating add-ons and sending that information back to AMO is not in scope for the first phase of the add-ons manager redesign.

Verified fixed with builds on all platforms like Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.3a5pre) Gecko/20100511 Minefield/3.7a5pre

Setting Litmus flag just to have it on my list of todo's. Even it will be a part of a general test once rating has been implemented on bug 553463.
