User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.2) Gecko/20100115 Firefox/3.6 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.2) Gecko/20100115 Firefox/3.6 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) I get " Firefox is already running, but is not responding. To open a new window, you must first close the existing Firefox process, or restart your system." sometimes several times/day when I Reboot. Reproducible: Sometimes Not being an IT; I don't understand how to use this Bugzilla. Sometimes several times a day, when I Reboot, I get the " Firefox is already running, but is not responding. To open a new window, you must first close the existing Firefox process, or restart your system." message. Then, I have to do the time consuming Restart.
If you open task manager, is there a firefox.exe process? Bugzilla isn't a support site, so you would probably be better served by going to support.mozilla.com. If you want to help fix any bugs that might be here, try safe mode. http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode
Summary: I have done so below. Are you a robot? → Firefox hangs on closing
