There are various warnings (reported via Cu.reportError) that result when something isn't consistant, but not nessiarly a non-recoverable error. These should be made debug-only warnings.

FWIW, the three that you have there look ok to leave in for me. When everything is running as expected they should never log anything, so are harmless. When things are broken they may provide useful clues. Reopen if you think they still need to go.
