Upgrading from TB v.2 to TB v.3 was driven by Gloda search functionnality

Even after weeks using TB v.3, I'm confused when I use the "Quick Search" tool bar.

Sometime, I want to use filter like it was available in TB 2
ex: if I want to filter by mail sender
In this case, Gloda is slower that simple filter

Sometime, I want to use full power of Gloda search if I have very view info about searched mail.
ex: I don't remember who sent a mail or when but most probably the word "XXXXX" was included in this mail
In this case Gloda is awesome

I'm confused by Quick Search UI because I don't know when it use filter and Gloda

I would suggest to have different icon for filter and Gloda search:
- Keep the current one for filter (TB v2 won't be too disturb)
- Create a new one for Gloda search

Moreover, I would demonstrate to new TB v3 user that there is a new search.
Only geeks reading Planet Mozilla Messaginf knows about Gloda
