Details

The localizations for http://mxr.mozilla.org/l10n-mozilla1.9.2/source/kk/dom/chrome/netErrorApp.dtd and http://mxr.mozilla.org/l10n-mozilla1.9.2/source/kk/dom/chrome/netError.dtd are taken from Firefox (browser), but they should done based on the dom neterror strings instead. Non-firefox applications using those strings don't provide the xml entities used there. This affects both 1.9.2 and 1.9.1.
This should be marked as FIXED on trunk.
