553677 - auto-save should be off by default

I've found auto-save to be problematic.

1) save happens during an edit
2) save happends in an old tab, overwriting a new tab

I've left a tab open on Computer A and then gone and started working on Computer B on the same plugin. I close tab on Computer B and later A auto-saves with it's old information.

I'm now un-checking this box everytime I load a plugin to edit it.

It doesn't look like this is the issue with Bug#552249.

I setup several open tabs and watched the network traffic. Plugindir doesn't submit until there are changes.

r65317 disables the autosave feature.
