Then i have to use the task manager, but when i bring up task manager i don't have to use it. It will unlock the desktop and then as long as i don't move the screen it will be ok.. Please fix this i have two monitors and i need to be able to move the firefox to the other monitor when i need to. This is the only program i have with this problem..

Reproducible: Always

2.Click on page and try and drag it around
