Subject of reset password message
In the reset message subject aren't displayed national characters. See attached image. Original string is "Resetting your personas password".

I'm cleaning up some bugs in preperation for the move to AMO. This bug will be fixed as a side effect of that transition, so I'm closing it now so we can narrow our scope and focus on what won't be fixed as a part of that move.
