add MPL to remote code and pass --timeout values correctly.
This looks fine. I think we might want the devicemanager process timer tunable rather than hard coded, but when testing this in practice, we like to chunk runs into piecs that run in less than an hour anyway, so let's do some testing and file a follow-on if needed.
Also, I think we must have miscommunicated, I liked the log messages starting with Capital letters and this reverses that. I'll fix that nit before landing the patch.
