channel->GetContentLength() works for file channel, but not for http channel or jar channel. mResponse=0 in nsHTTPChannel::GetContentLength(), which returns an error. -p
Pam it depends on where you are checking the content length. If you check it before the connection is established then the content length would be zero. So let me know where you are seeing this. The api otherwise does the right thing. (marking invalid)
