Details

Nobody is really sure how these people came to become default CCs for these Core components, so for safety reasons, we're removing them. It should be easy enough for the users to just add watches for the QA contact of the component in order to continue watching everything. i suspect this was done when watchable qa's were created, but i'm sick+tired and don't want to spend the time verifying. glad to see them gone.
