Where is it documented? Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Start Firefox 2. Alt-F (or navigate to File menu) 3. Type "D" Actual Results: The current Firefox instance shuts down without any warning. (Unlike Alt-F, X; which shuts down all Firefox instances.) Expected Results: Nothing should occur. If you intended this to be a feature, you may want to put in a menu item under "File" that says so.
That's the shortcut for Close Window, the same as ctrl-shift-w. Look at all the other entries in the menubar : some characters are underlined (like the O in Open file), and indicate that this character is a shortcut.
