Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; en-US; rv:1.9.2.2) Gecko/20100316 Firefox/3.6.2
Build Identifier: 1.2b1

In some situations, such as using weave on a netbook, the processing power to handle synching isn't readily available. The user should have the ability to set weave to allow manual synching. This way, weave loads at startup, but doesn't synch until the user manually tells the system to synch.

Perhaps a popup of some sort can alert the user to the last synch time, letting them know if their copy is stale. Care should be taken to ensure that this setting is not synched across browsers as, obviously, this is not necessarily something you want to enable/disable on all systems.

Reproducible: Always
Not currently planned, but we may revisit this in the future.
