55453 - Doesn't remember "start reply below quoted text" setting between restarts

- go to Msg Composition panel of prefs
- check the autoquote checkbox, then change where to start the reply in relation
to the quoted text. the default is above, change it to below
- save prefs
- notice that replies now start below the quoted text
- quit and restart

now when you reply, the pref has reverted back to "start reply above quoted text".

Mike, this is working for me on both my Mac and Windows commercial installs from
today. Is it possible you are switching between release and mozilla bits?  The
default pref is different for both of these and therefore can switch when going
back and foth.

ho ho ho. that's very interesting. why would that be the case? i'll double check
that, but that's probably it.
