Hello,
Lately we've been having blog posts and comments mysteriously being lost/deleted and installing a logging plugin would help a lot in finding out what is happening and how to avoid it. We have been able to restore lost posts and comments from backup, but a logging plugin would help even more.

I installed and enabled a spam plugin, Akismet. Is it possible your posts / comments are disappearing because they're detected as spam?
I don't know any logging plugins. If the one in comment 0 works, then it's OK with me

Hi Alex,
Akismet only filters comments. The disappearing comments are due to the lost of posts: when one is deleted, its comments go with it.
Website is no longer active. Plugin link leads nowhere
