In the modern skin, if you increase the default font in global.css, the URL bar
and the status bar get all out of whack. We need to fix this to make Linux look
normal with larger fonts.

The issue here is to support system fonts in the Modern skin. I really want to
see this feature for Linux and Windows users that modify their font sizes, and
for all users that change their system fonts.

Bug 57106 mentions this problem for just the url bar and might be a dup.

I verified on linux (20001-09-08-Mtrunk), the statusbar and url bar are not
scalable in Modern. However, it looks ok in Classic. I expect the Classic and
modern skins should have the same behaviors.
Marking verified on Linux (2001-01-12-08-Mtrunk).
