User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; de; rv:1.9.2.2) Gecko/20100316 Firefox/3.6.2
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; de; rv:1.9.2.2) Gecko/20100316 Firefox/3.6.2
FF 3.6.2 crashes (as well as FF 3.6.0) if many windows are opened and loaded. It do not crash if the windows be opened while there is no connection to the internet.
The opened webpages are not uniform from the same time. That mean sometimes the opened pages are from a newspaper, sometimes they are from wikipedia, ...
No PlugIns are installed.
Installed Add-ons are Adblock Plus and Deutsches Wörterbuch (German Dictonary). Both had been deinstalled temporarily but that didn't helped.
After restarting FF it crashes as long as most of the windows are closed manually.
After downgrading to FF 3.5.8 that version crashed as well (but never did before the first update to FF 3.6).
Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
First crash
1. open a above 50 tabs
2. DONE
following crashs
1. click "restart Firefox"
2. wait until most of the tabs are loaded
3. DONE
leaving doom loop
1. restart FF
2. close most of the tabs before FF could load them

We need the crash ID and not the technical detials:
https://developer.mozilla.org/en/How_to_get_a_stacktrace_for_a_bug_report
Sorry, I have not known that.
Here are some of them:

Reporter: Can you please left click on the first 1-3 IDs in about:crashes.
That should load the crash page and it should submit the reports if they aren't send because of throttling.
I did so, but I am not sure if it worked. When FF restarted itself it asked if I would send the crash report (i wanted) but FF than said it could not.

ew_h are you behind a proxy?
Keywords: crash,
stackwanted
Summary: Firefox crashes if many windows opened → Firefox crashes if many windows opened (crashes not submitting)
Nope. Behind a firewall but not behind a proxy.
But when FF crashed, it asked if I would send a crash report. When I wanted that, FF said it was not able to.
