Please copy the IE-D page, the only difference being that this page would have the header at the top.

That would then force us to move the callouts from newsweek and pc magazine which I think are key parts of this design. I'd rather just add the header and leave the nav bar out, if possible.

I hear you, but that's not going to be very implementable. Steven, do you have any thoughts on how we could modify this design to make the nav fit in there?

Slater and I just talked and this page will also fall under the "experimental" category.  No need to worry about the Nav bar, Steven. Just the header.

I have a question I should've asked before: what's splitting up the IE traffic and sending them to the various pages?  Is this something we've done in .htaccess, or something that Blake implemented through SiteSpect?

It's all done through SiteSpect.  Assignment is based upon the user agent string.
