-widget to close buttonbar with is missing in all windows. (functionality intact.)
-menu-Buttons in windows are clipped, small squares missing.
-buttons also missing some "middle area" or text backgrounds..

ahh there's some bug destroying attachments, but only the last inch was ruined.

Dammit, that sucks.  Works fine on Mac and Linux.  Yet another Linux graphics 
hickup.  Don't know what we can do about this from a themes perspective.

in bug 55501 (windows) the sympthoms are partly similar:
buttonface center has a black rectangular area where the text goes.
(While on linux that area is greyish)

Ok, there are now 4 bugs and counting filed on this subject.  The problem has 
been identified, the cause is a complete mystery.  Apparently, some, but not 
all, of the dozens of gif files I added to the trunk yesterday became corrupted 
at some point.  I checked them all in as binary, so that's not the cause.  I 
checked them all in the exact same way.  They look fine in my tree, and they 
look fine on the branch.  I'm going to have to re-commit the offenders and see 
if that helps.

Re-checked in the corrupted gifs.  Fixed.  You can mark it fixed, Paul, since I 
don't have that option.
