554909 - jpeg and png files coming back as invalid format while trying to post my custom persona

Every time I try to post a custom persona I created I get invalid format even though it's a jpeg or a png.  If I first select the png file it will give me the error of firefox not recognizing the format I then have to select my jpeg image and it then will recognize only my jpeg.  This also happens vis versa.  

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to add custom person
2.upload a jpeg or png image file of your custom persona
3.the error will come up that firefox does not recognize this format and make you select another format.
Actual Results:  
just add a custom persona and you should get the error.  

Expected Results:  
error message I stated above appears

recognize the file format the firefox specificly told us in the direction are the only supported formats.
