"No Data

This query or location currently has no data."

That may be because the data that we store on stage is a very small data set compared to production, so we may have data in production but not on stage for certain scenarios.

For that particular page, if you extend out the date range from range_value=1 to range_value=5, results are returned:

I think this is a non-bug as per Ryan - resolving, but thanks for the eagle eye Stephen.
