My SM 1.x profile contains a 'chatzilla' directory:
downloads\
logs\moznet\list.txt
scripts\
awayMsgs.txt

NB: I'm not too sure what this directory is but I assume it might contain some important data for some people.

[Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.9.1.10pre) Gecko/20100325 SeaMonkey/2.0.5pre] (nightly)

No 'chatzilla' directory and empty 'extensions' directory.

The wanted-seamonkey2.0 flag doesn't have any practical value any more, as the 2.0 series has already shipped and is stable.

from memory->We don't migrate the cz Extension prefs either; and if we want to do any of this, we'll want that _first_ (or at same time)

Ah, let me check that:

http://www.seamonkey-project.org/releases/seamonkey2.0.3/
{
Extensions and Themes
Extensions installed under SeaMonkey 1.x are not migrated to SeaMonkey 2, and may not be compatible for reinstalling in this version due to major changes in our architecture. Please report any issues to the maintainer of the extension. Extensions and Themes for SeaMonkey 2.0.3 can be installed from the SeaMonkey Add-Ons website or the "Get Add-Ons" section in the Add-Ons manager.
}
(NB: SM 2.0 includes its own (CZ, ...) extension versions, which is fine.)

Migrated prefs.js:
extensions.irc.* : copied
extensions.livehttpheaders.*: removed
extensions.reporter.* : removed
extensions.venkman.* : copied
(NB: I migrated a profile which doesn't have any of these prefs and they are not added even after SM 2.0 has been run with the migrated profile.)

Then it seems this bug should be valid as filed.

Same with trunk.
Version: SeaMonkey 2.0 Branch → Trunk

WONTFIX-> There are a few things located here in profiles...

urls.txt : which is a cache of urls witnessed in IRC. Arguably not even worth being in the profile.

inputHistory.txt : a scrollback history of your commands.

scripts/
logs/
downloads/

scripts are user created/installed cZ scripts.
logs is obvious
and downloads are dcc- downloads.

I don't see anything that is a must to migrate, and the added complexity on our migration infra sounds too fragile to bother with imo.

If someone cares enough for this, please (in a new bug) present your case, *and a patch*.
