Details

There have been many reports on GS of filters that cannot be edited, and the problem is solved when they simply make the window larger. This seems to easily confuse the users, so we should make the editors more robust during size change.
description sounds like bug 180144 Filter editing UI: filter conditions group can fail to have a scroll bar if sized too small - so it seems unable to have multiple criteria. tangent bug 399771
