Linux 2000-10-05-21 M18. In the attached HTML page, the table formatting shows
some apparent off-by-one behavior which makes the borders inconsistent. Some
borders are overlapped, some are adjacent, and some have a pixel between them.
A screenshot is also attached incase this doesn't happen on your operating
system.

Reassigned to HTMLTables. It's probably a dup: I noticed this a long time ago
already with the Tinderbox page.
FYI, I just reassined to kmcclusk a bug that is also related to a glitch in
border widths (bug 55492).
