If you attempt to drag a new blank or otherwise mostly white tab, you can't see any edges on the drag tab preview and it looks odd. Can we put a tiny border on the dragged tab preview so this isn't (mildly) awkward?

Steps to reproduce: 
1 open several tabs with content
2 open a new tab (blank)
3 grab the tab and drag it over other tabs. 

Results:
You can see the bit of the tab preview as it overlaps the tab strip, but nothing over the "white on white" of the page content area. This gives the impression of a very short tab preview box, sort of.

Expected: see a faint outline on the tab preview pane so that you get a sense that there's a full empty page there instead of a sliver of an empty page. If you compare with populated (rather than blank) tabs, you can sort of see what the page is because it's got text or other items defining the edges. Not so for white or mostly white tabs.

The same would hold true for a page with a small centered image or other content surrounded by lots of white.
