Please allow loading/session lasting install of add-ons (packed or unpacked) by specifying theirs locations in command line parameter.

Example:
firefox.exe -P "Development" -addons=D:\Mozilla\Development\Addons\Addon1,D:\Mozilla\otheraddon.xpi

This could also be handy if you want to help people debug theirs profiles by loading a "problem diagnosing add-on" in safe mode without permanent install.

I can see how it could be useful, but not enough that I think it is worth spending time on.
