I am the current owner of the Icelandic translation for Mozilla. I have been in contact with Gylfi and he has expressed interest in helping out with the translation. I am vouching for Gylfi to be a part of the Icelandic Mozilla team.

Ok, carrying over the voucher from Kristjan.
Gylfi, we'll need you to attach your ssh public key here to the bug, and submit the filled out contributor form to Mozilla.
If you don't have an ssh key, https://developer.mozilla.org/en/Using_SSH_to_connect_to_CVS has docs on how to create one (ignore anything else on that page, though).
How to submit the contributor form is described on http://www.mozilla.org/hacking/notification/.
