In the current Firefox 3.5/Firefox 3.6 clear recent history design, browsing history and download history are grouped together. This often causes unintended dataloss as, users may only want to delete one of them at a period of time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Firefox 3.5 or Firefox 3.6
2.Open Clear Recent History dialogue 
3.Observe that Browsing and Download history are grouped together. 
Actual Results:  
Browsing and Download history are grouped together in Clear Recent History dialogue box.

Expected Results:  
Browsing History should be separated from Download History in the Clear Recent History dialogue box.
Duplicate of bug 540559 -> bug 465995.
