Description

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X 10.4; de; rv:1.9.2.2) Gecko/20100316 Firefox/3.6.2
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X 10.4; de; rv:1.9.2.2) Gecko/20100316 Firefox/3.6.2

this seems to be a screen display problem. scrolling works properly, but the "handle" of the scroll bar doesn't move.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open the web page
2. scroll using the scroll bar
3. scrolling works, but "handle" stays in upper position
Actual Results:
see description of the problem

Expected Results:
the "handle" of the scroll bar should move to the position to where i have scrolled on the page

the problem occurs only on certain web pages, not in general.
Does this also happen in safe-mode / with a new profile?

I can't repro on Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9.2.3) Gecko/20100401 Firefox/3.6.3, so maybe this is a PPC or a 10.4 thing? Can someone try reproducing this on older macs?
