When I do the same download in IE8 on Windows 7 Running within a Parallels VM, all files download completely. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Apple Mac Book 2.Mac OS X 3.Install Parallels 4.Install Windows 7 Professional 5.Install FireFox 3.6.2 6.Launch FireFox 3.6.2 7.Google "TestDriven.NET" 8.Click Link to Download TestDriven.NET (latest build) 9.Once the download completes, click to Open the file in the downloads window Expected Results: Installer begins running

Having the same problem with Firefox 3.5.7 and even after updated to 3.5.9, on Windows 7. Firefox won't download nothing, even with "Save As..." or "Save Image" and etc.
Can you still see this issue with Firefox 6 or later in safe mode? And, have you tried a new profile? If you still see the issue with the updated version of Firefox in safe mode and a new profile, please post here.
