STR:

- Enable IPC
- Go to URL
- Press ctrl and zoom in and out by turning mouse wheel

Result: First unresponsiveness with low CPU usage (may take a while), then "Plug-in Crashed" notifications.

Works for me - Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; en-US; rv:1.9.3a5pre) Gecko/20100601 Minefield/3.7a5pre

Though my machine might not be using enough resources zooming to trigger this issue.

Able to reproduce the firefox crash with the above to steps
